When to Visit Malmo. In our opinion, the best time to visit Malmo is during summer. Yes, even during summer Malmo is often drenched in the pale grey colors one usually associates with Scandinavia. Sunny and truly warm days are not incredibly common, and the wind always seems to be blowing in this costal city. So, why might one choose to visit Malmo in the summer?
